Tides Restaurant
At Tides, the rhythm of the harbour sets the pace. Sunlight glints on the water by day; by evening, the room settles into a soft glow—elegant, intimate, and quietly impressive.
Our menus are guided by the island itself. Local ingredients, traditional dishes, and thoughtful modern twists come together in cooking that respects the past without being bound by it. Expect familiar flavours elevated with care, classic techniques refreshed with imagination, and plates that feel generous.
Housed within a Victorian country house of character and charm, Tides is refined without pretence—a place where long lunches stretch into supper, and table enjoy a elevated views to the harbour beyond.
Voyager lounge bar
Step into Voyager Lounge Bar, where the spirit of travel, exploration and old-world glamour lives on. Inspired by vintage cocktail culture and the romance of the sea, Voyager is a place for unhurried conversations, well-made drinks, and a touch of delightful eccentricity.
Our cocktail menu celebrates the classics—beautifully balanced, expertly stirred, and served with a knowing wink—alongside seasonal creations inspired by far-flung ports and bygone eras. By afternoon, the pace softens with elegant afternoon teas, enjoyed against sweeping sea views over St Aubin’s harbour.
Come for a single cocktail, stay for another. And perhaps one more.
